Cooldown cannot tell hand from rest
Motion access is off. Turn it on in the iPhone's Settings, under Cooldown.
My apps do not lock
Three things have to be on in Cooldown's Settings: "Screen Time access", "Apps to lock" and "Lock apps when it overheats".
I need a locked app now
Tap twice on the locked page and it opens. Phone, Messages, Maps and other everyday tools never lock, and emergency calls always work.
My circle locked my apps
The load on the dock reached 75. The lock lasts 20 minutes at most. To stop following the dock, leave the circle in Settings.
How do I join the test?
Cooldown is in testing on iPhone. The person who invited you can add you to the test.
Your data
Deleting it
In the app: Settings, then "Leave the circle and delete my data". Your name, sticker, heat, rests and week are removed from the server. The days measured on the phone stay on it.
